Ahhh…a lovely Sunday hike in the hills. Or a weekend trekking and camping with friends for the Duke of Edinburgh award. Both need a lightweight, trustworthy compass like the Williams Hillmaster.
Navigation nightmares are no more with the Williams Hillmaster Compass. It’s pocketable, lightweight and no-nonsense. If you get in a sticky situation or need to navigate in a pathed location, the essentials of the Hillmaster are just what you need to find your way.
It has a fixed declination scale and a 360-degree rotating bearing dial. And the needle tip glows in the dark, making night-time navigation no problem.
The Hillmaster has 1:25,000 and 1:50,000 distance scales so you can quickly figure out how far it is to your campsite (or the nearest pub!). It has a durable construction meaning you can love it for longer. And go on more adventures!

The Williams Hillmaster Compass likes its personal space. Keep it away from magnets or electronic devices and don’t store it touching another compass. This could leave the Hillmaster feeling a little lost - it may tamper with the needle direction. If the compass polarises (points south instead of north), drag a magnet along the base of the compass from south to north to correct the needle.
