    Advice from our Repair Heroes

"We do both heat patches and sewn patches at our Repair Stations. A heat patch is ideal for a small tear (2 inches or less) in a down or synthetic jacket, or a waterproof. For anything made from a stretch fabric or natural fibre (e.g. cotton or denim) a sewn patch would work better. Also for a more complex or larger tear, a sewn patch is going to be more robust on any fabric.

If it's a down jacket that you need repairing, make sure to order two patches as we need to patch both the inner and outer of the jacket.

It helps us repair your kit more quickly if you can let us know specifics about what kind of patch you're after. For example, do you want a close match, a contrast patch or have any special requests? Just pop a note in with your order."

    Sustainability and Product Care

    Sustainability

    Reducing our carbon footprint

We are carbon neutral under PAS2060 and offset our Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 operations and transport emissions. We recognise that offsetting is not part of the solution but a point to pass through on a journey to Net Zero. Carbon Neutral is just a step in that journey.

We have joined the Science Based Targets Initiative which sets independent targets for us to achieve to do our bit to limit global warming to 1.5°C. Our targets are to halve our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2025 based on 2018 base year and reduce our total carbon intensity by 15% every year to achieve genuine net zero by 2050.

    End of life
