Aeronaut 2
£199.99
Aeronaut 2 is the inflatable two-person tent built for shared journeys off the beaten path. Whether you’re bikepacking as a pair, canoeing remote waters or hiking hut-to-hut, it gives you space to sleep, room to breathe — and the kind of quick-pitch reliability that makes wild camping a joy.
Big Adventures. Small Pack Size.
-
Inflatable air pole design means no snapped poles or stressful pitching
-
Packs small for bikepacking, paddling, or travel where space is tight
-
Spacious for two, with porch storage and internal organisation
-
Repairable, long-lasting construction for real-world expedition use
Pitch Fast. Sleep Sound.
With its inflatable circular air pole, Aeronaut 2 pitches in seconds using a bike pump or foot pump. No fiddly poles. No wet inners. Just one clean, confident setup — outer and inner together — so you can focus on the views, not the logistics. And when it’s time to move on, deflate it and stuff it away. Easy.
It’s more than just quick — Aeronaut 2’s curved frame gives you more usable space than most 2-person tents, with room to sit up, change, and get comfortable after a long day. A generously sized porch keeps wet kit out of your sleeping zone, and three internal pockets help keep things tidy.
Tested by Real Travellers
We designed Aeronaut 2 for real-world wild campers — people riding coast-to-coast, sleeping beside rivers, and chasing remote sunrises. The air pole? Strong enough to survive being run over by a fully loaded van. It’s also easily repairable with a standard puncture patch — though you’ll likely never need it. It’s a stable, storm-resistant 3-season shelter with the reliability you need when you’re far from home.
Durable Design, Lower Impact
Aeronaut 2 uses a 15D silicone-coated ripstop nylon flysheet and a 20D PU-backed nylon groundsheet rated to 5000mm hydrostatic head. It’s built to last, built to repair, and backed by our 3 Year Alpine Bond.
With fewer breakable components and a smarter design, it’s gear that works harder, weighs less, and lets you go further.

Sustainability and Product Care
Caring for your tent
Clean and dry your tent thoroughly after each use. Never use a washing machine, tumble dryer or jet wash to clean your tent. Spot clean with warm water, mild (non-detergent) soap and a soft sponge. Never use bleach, fabric softeners or other household cleaning products and air dry only.
Tent repair
To make your tent last longer, avoid prolonged UV exposure and repair damage immediately. If you are unlucky enough to rip your tent on a trip, use duct tape or StormSure Tough Tape until you have a chance to repair it properly. For more tent repair tips read our tent care and repair blog.
You can repair your inflatable pole should it burst with a standard puncture repair kit.
