Morning and evening yoga sessions - book early!
Jane makes everybody feel welcome in her yoga classes. She is talented at including all participants in the practices, regardless of ability or experience, challenging students physically, but also able to adapt postures and movements for students who want a gentler class.
What to Expect:
Expect to find traditional yoga practices blended with interesting functional movements, created with a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Morning Sessions: This session will wake you up and get you ready to head out for some adventures feeling energized and strong.
Afternoon Sessions: Yoga designed to release tension, soften those achy muscles and get you ready to chill out for the evening.
What to Bring:
Please bring a warm jumper or blanket so that you can enjoy a wonderfully nurturing relaxation at the end of the class. If you have your own mat please bring that too.

Meeting Times & Logistics:
Please meet at the Big Shakeout Yurt at least 10 minutes before the course starting time to meet your guide and ensure a timely start.

No. You must have a valid Big Shakeout weekend ticket to participate in any School of Adventure Activities. Any orders for activities without a Big Shakeout weekend ticket will be cancelled and refunded.
The Big Shakeout Festival and all courses will operate in line with the latest government restrictions. If the festival or a course cannot be run due to Covid restrictions, full refunds will be issued.
We will do everything we can to make sure your chosen activity goes ahead, however in some circumstances a course may have to be cancelled due to weather or lack of numbers. In these cases we will either offer you a place on an alternative activity or refund.
You will receive an email confirmation with an order reference number upon completing your order. Your order number is your unique reference number, bring it along with you and present it at along with your name at the School of Adventure Meeting Point.
