Night running is scary by yourself – we’re not ashamed to admit it! Join fell running guide Dave Taylor for a head torch-lit run along the tracks and trails surrounding Thornbridge Outdoors. The run will last around 60 minutes and is a great way to unwind after a busy day of activity. There’s no requirement to be super fit for Dave Taylor’s guided runs, but being able to run 10K in an hour (6:00 min/km or 9:40 min/mile) is a good guide.
What to Expect:
Experience the thrill of night running on a 1 hour guided route and take the opportunity to explore the Peak District by head torch. Without getting lost!
Dave Taylor is a UK Athletics Coach based in the Peak District. Specialising in Fell and Mountain Running, Dave knows the best local trails and can give you expert advice along the way.

No. You must have a valid Big Shakeout weekend ticket to participate in any School of Adventure Activities. Any orders for activities without a Big Shakeout weekend ticket will be cancelled and refunded.
You will receive an email confirmation with an order reference number upon completing your order. Your order number is your unique reference number, bring it along with you and present it at along with your name at the School of Adventure Meeting Point.
We will do everything we can to make sure your chosen activity goes ahead, however in some circumstances a course may have to be cancelled due to weather or lack of numbers. In these cases we will either offer you a place on an alternative activity or refund.
