About us

Alpkit was founded on friendship, a love of adventure and a deep frustration at the high cost of top-end gear. Alpkit Group Ltd is now a family of three brands with one shared spirit of adventure: Alpkit, the UK's only direct-to-consumer performance brand for those who run, hike, climb, camp, swim and bike; Sonder, an award-winning adventure bike brand; and Trakke, crafting UK-made outdoor and travel bags.

Go Nice Places Do Good Things is more than our tagline; it captures the belief of business as a force for good and that elitism and expense should never be a barrier to time spent outdoors. 1% of all sales are donated to the Alpkit Foundation which supports grassroots projects that help people get outside.

Right now, we’re looking for a Social Media and Community Manager to lead and execute our social and community strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving business growth by attracting new customers and building brand loyalty across our three brands.
