Your right of withdrawal

If you're shopping with us from the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.

When the 14 days run from

The 14-day period begins on the day you (or someone you nominate) receive your goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, it begins on the day you receive the last item.

How to cancel

The easiest way is to complete the form below - enter your name and order reference, review the details, and confirm. As soon as you submit it, we'll send you an email confirming we've received your withdrawal request. You can also tell us by any other clear statement (for example by emailing support@alpkit.com), but the form is the quickest route.

Refunds

Once you've told us you're cancelling, we'll refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery, within 14 days. We'll use the same payment method you used to order, and you won't pay any fees for the refund. We may hold the refund until we've received the goods back.

Returning your items

Items that can't be cancelled

Some items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including made-to-order and personalised products (such as custom bike builds and custom bikepacking bags) and sealed items that aren't suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed e.g. food.
