Sleeping bags, tents, climbing hardware, waterproofs. We have been making technical outdoor gear for over twenty years. We have designed kit for everything from Scottish winters to Himalayan objectives to camping kit that pulls the rest of your family into your world of adventurous escapades.
If you first encountered us at the Outdoors Show back in the early naughties you could have driven a bus between the gaps in our product range. A lot has changed in 20 years. We have been busy filling those gaps with awesome outdoor clothing and kit.
There is one thing we are always asked about. The first question at every event, in every store, from every person who knows what we make and wonders what is coming next.
When are you making dogwear?
The answer has always been the same: we are not.. so we move onto the second question:
When are you making footwear?
The answer has always been the same: when we can do it properly.
That moment is nearly here.
We have been to north-east Italy, to the foothills of the Dolomites, where families have been making serious mountain footwear for generations. We visited their workshops at the foot of the very mountains their boots were built to climb.
We drank coffee and spent time with the craftspeople who have dedicated their lives to learning how leather behaves across a last, how a sole bonds under pressure, how a stitch holds when it matters.
We are not going to tell you everything today. But we can confirm it's not dogwear.
Whether you enjoy scrambling on limestone, stomping through muddy bogs, teetering along knife-edge ridges or taking long walks in the hills we will (finally) have boots made to walk your path.
