Thanks for letting us know which products you are going to return. Now please follow these steps to generate your Royal Mail Tracked returns label. Once done you can either print it at home and drop it off at your post office or arrange for your postie to collect it from your home.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND CONTACT DETAILS.

If you haven't got a printer at home just take your parcel to your post office along with the barcode in the confirmation email and you will be able to print the label directly in your post office.

  1. Print out your Royal Mail returns label or generate a barcode.

  2. Take your package to the nearest post office or get it collected by your postie.

    If you haven't got a printer at home make sure you take your confirmation email which includes a barcode. You will be able to print your label there.
