We know bikes and wheels need more than a car park spin to prove themselves. You need to feel them on your favourite trail, climb, or daily grind. That’s why we give you 28 days to get to know your new Sonder bike or wheelset—on your terms.

If it’s not right for you, we’ll take it back. No stress, no fuss.


What’s included?

Whether you’ve bought a complete bike or a new set of wheels, you’re covered:

  • Sonder Bikes – Ride your new bike how you intend to: bikepacking, commuting, gravel-grinding or just riding for fun.

  • Sonder Wheels – Fit them, load them up, and get out there. Test them with your tyres, your setup, your terrain.


What’s the catch?

Honestly, not much. We just ask:

  • The bike or wheels are returned clean and in good condition.

  • There’s no crash damage or excessive wear.

  • You return any original components (or we’ll refund minus the cost).

  • You get in touch within 28 days of delivery to start the return.

Normal signs of use? That’s expected. A bit of trail dust? No problem. We want you to try your gear properly.


Upgrades and custom builds

Got a custom build? Swapped out parts? No worries.

  • We’ll refund the cost of the standard bike or wheelset spec.

  • Any upgrades or custom components will be returned to you separately.


How to return

  1. Email support@alpkit.com within 28 days of receiving your order.

  2. Tell us what’s not working—we may be able to help you find a better fit.

  3. If you still want to return it, we’ll send you the return instructions.

  4. Once it’s back and checked over, we’ll issue your refund.
