Santiago is no longer in production. If you're planning long days and loaded trips, look at the Sonder Camino. It's the closest match in the current range: a titanium or aluminium gravel bike with rack and mudguard mounts, a relaxed riding position and a long wheelbase for comfortable all-day riding, loaded or light.

Sonder Santiago

Durable, smooth and assured on those multi-month trips Reynolds 631 steel is an excellent material for round-the-world touring where you’re completely dependent on your bike. We’d be surprised if you needed to get your frame repaired, but it’s comforting to know that finding a steel welder in the middle of nowhere is far easier than getting your alloy frame repaired.

Traditional bike, contemporary geometry

Santiago’s takes classic road bike geometry as a starting point, with a longer wheelbase and higher stack height for a more comfortable riding position and assured ride, whether you’re travelling light or fully loaded up.

Generous tyre clearance

Clearance for up to 700c x 37 mm or 650b x 47 mm tyres gives you a wide range of tyre options to match the terrain you'll be riding on your next tour.

Full set of touring rack mounts

Santiago is in its element when loaded up for months-long cycle tours. Find your perfect setup with full rack and guard mounts; 2 sets of triple bottle cage bosses on the down-tube; above and below top tube mounts; a seat tube bottle mount; and extra cage mounts on the fork. Whatever the trip, Santiago is ready for adventure.
