Advanced Orders? We do not take advanced orders. Shipping schedules can change, last minute production runs get delayed... in short there are many factors we cannot control and we do not want to have your money stuffed down the back of our sofa.

Product warranty

If your Alpkit product goes wrong or you not happy with it and it is our fault then we will sort the problem out, if it went wrong and it was your fault then we help you get it repaired in the most appropriate way and cost. Sending us an email, or giving us a ring will help ensure that you are without your product for the shortest possible time.
