Alpkit is famous for its service and our Customer Service Manager is the member of our senior team that is responsible for the voice of our customer. Our mission is to support our customers to go nice places, do good things; we want to make our customers as passionate about Alpkit as we are. So, as Customer Service Manager you are at the heart of this experience and the custodian of our reputation.
As Customer Service Manager you will always want to learn, know more and get better. You will continuously map our customer journeys, building a customer service strategy to support our ambitions, whilst genuinely loving interacting and helping our customers.

This role will report into the Board and will be part of a wider Senior Leadership Team.
