Our bikes are obsessively conceived and expertly built. We are looking for a Sonder Hero to joinour award-winning Customer Support team. We are looking for someone who knows bikes insideout and can communicate all that wonderful bike geekery into plain, simple English. We don’tover complicate. We love bikes. We make bikes our customers (and staff) are going to love riding.They get you out more, further and faster.
Hours: 40 hours between Monday and Sunday, between 8.00 – 18.00; exact hours to bedetermined. 1/2 hr paid breaks during the day and 1/2 hr unpaid lunch.
Pay: Starting from £8.33 per hour, some flexibility dependent on experience.
1. To develop our relationship with our current and potential Sonder customers
2. To maintain the Alpkit standards of customer support across Sonder
3. To grow Sonder and develop the feedback loop from customer back to Sonder design
Providing fast, accurate, personal responses to customer emails, live chats and phone calls
Chatting with Sonder customers in the Alpkit Showroom
Organising bike demos
Update and maintain accuracy of online information
Interact with Sonder social networks
Working with our order management system to ensure Sonder orders are processed promptly
Handling and developing the various payment methods for bikes
Be first port of call for Sonder returns
Involvement with Sonder events
Strong technical understanding of bikes and their components
Meticulous admin skills - focused & diligent
Computer literate with ability to use Word, Excel, & Mac based apps
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Experience using Khaos Control software a benefit but not required
Fluency in additional languages, especially French, Italian, Spanish or German is a benefit but not
Confident and optimistic
Passionate about bikes, specs and components
Affinity towards Alpkit ethos and products
Motivated to develop skills, knowledge and role
Enjoy being part of a team
Calm and patient
Self-starter / problem solver
Strong attention to detail
