It doesn't matter what level you're at! Improve your photography skills with the help of Benji Haworth as he guides you round a ride and brings out the best in your mountain bike specific photography. They will teach you all the tricks in the controlled environment of the Thornbridge pump track. You can check out the benefits here of using a pump track.

Then why not put all those newly learnt skills into practice by joining the one and only Ed Oxley on one of his guided 'smoother 'rides. Sign up here. By the end of the weekend you'll be whizzing along the trails! You can check out his guiding credentials on his own Great Rock website.

Want something more family focused? Then the Rock and Ropes ‘rocktivity’ course is designed as an introduction to exploring and climbing on gritstone edges, and is deal for families and young children with no previous experience of climbing.

If you've already done a bit but want to learn new rope skills, then the Climbing Escapology course will run through advanced rope systems. So avoid bad rope management and know what to do, or have the confidence that your mate knows what to do, when things go wrong.
